The best way is to have a friend to push you to do it.
For every girl that he told you to approach that you didnt. Do 10 push up on the ground while he is calling you a pussy.

But having fear and being nervous is normal. Every buddy have it, if you dont that probably mean you are not going after girls you likes. But you are already doing great to get you into a talkative mood, that a really good warm up that alot of the coaches ask people to do. All you need is to confront your fear.

Ask a friend or someone that does pickup from your area. Do like an hour of him pushing you really intense then go back to the normal chatting then you will be use to talk to hot girls.

Im sorta new on the PUA scene. 28 years old. I think i have AA. Although, I seemingly have no trouble going up and talking to random strangers for the time, or saying hi, how are you to clerks in stores. Hell i've even been a clerk in many stores/businesses over the years, dealt with many hot chicks etc. etc. I'm a musician on the side. I've put out my own records independently, have had a few orchestras play my music, have played live in front of many crowds.

For some reason, I find it incredibly daunting to walk up to an HB in the mall and say "I just saw you and i think you're attractive. I just had to come over here to meet you". For one, my brain isnt quick enough to process it. Sometimes you see a "hot chick" coming but then as she gets closer you notice she's 40 lol or maybe she's under 18. If shes around my age, thoughts then start flooding my brain and something tells me I should not turn around and go after her.

How the fuck can I get over this? I've gone 2 weeks out and about and still have not opened anyone. Yet I can talk to Joe Schmo at the bus stop all day and actually get approached a lot myself from usually older folks 40's-60's at bus stops, malls etc.
