Hey guys, it seems like alot of guys are trying to find ways to get rid of their approach anxiety. Alot of people say approach every girl you see, which is must but the hardest thing is finding the motivation or push to actually go up to that glammer in the club. In fact the more you don't approach, the more you're harming yourself. It's been proven that if someone doesn't go approach, the brain releases endorphins (or some hormone, can't remember which) which essentially reward you for not approaching and so not risking humiliation So how do we get around this? I'm not too sure if anyone has posted a similar idea, but I thought it'd be a good idea to post anyway. Go out with a group of mates, or wings whoever you're most comfortable with. Get them to point to a set that they want you to approach. If you don't approach within 5 seconds a concequence will occur (for us, the most common were either doing 10 push ups on the dance floor, or getting hit in the balls). Sounds extreme I know, but after doing this a few times, you'll be approaching sets on your own in no time Good luck |

Punishing yourself wont help itll make things worse. Just know ur in that phase and do everything you can to get out of it. And its very important to have a good start within 10 minutes to have momentum for the next approach. Did u get ur tip from simplepickup? |

Doing 10 push ups in the middle of the bar/club could possibly make you look like a fool, you might get a stigma that night as "the guy who was doing push ups on the dance floor" |
