| Post subject: | 4 Steps to Success: Developing Unshakable Confidence. |
Step 1: Mindset. Create a mindset unique to yourself. What i mean by this is to set a mind frame of yourself. You can do this by picking a characteristic that's special about you, e.g You're Hilarious or cocky or something. Then Embrace that. In addition to that believe that nothing will shake you. Step 2: Creating the Ideal mind-frame. Create a mind-frame that No girl is untouchable and that you're approaching a girl to see if she "deserves you". Step 3: Finding You're Key Word. A word that complete's you, lifts you when you're down. This allow's you to "keep your shit together". Find a quote or word. What i mean by word is that if a girl mention's something you've created in you're head that you believe will give you unshatter-able confidence. Or Before approaching remember a quote that inspires you and you have to imagine it really gives you power to really believe in it. (Bit like the inception dream concept). Once this is done you've created a perfect mentality. This mean's find a word ideal to you. You have to think it help's and works for you. Something that gives you strength. Example's; "Spontaneous"--> E.g Say to yourself "I'm spontaneous" if you believe that word helps you game better. It's word's like these that boost your confidence. You must believe in it though. Step 4: Creation of you're ideal game mode. This mean's to erase everything else in your mind other then the task at hand. Get that state in your mind. Once this is done approach. Once this is done you will not tremble or mess up. 100% Guarantee. |
