what works best for me to improve my confidence:
- Started thai boxing (you can do any sport), feeling part of a group is a natural need for a human being, so if you satisfy this need to your subconscious he will respond with confidence, and also is a perfect exercise that releases chemicals in your brain that helps your mental health and of course physical, and not to count that physical competition with another man makes us feel again the 80% animals we still are

- constantly speak to strangers (man or women or old people, doesn't matter)

- do whatever you think makes you happy more often, your subconscious is like an old tamagotchi, the more you feed him, the more you will have power and inner sense of security

- now its the time to read the manuals and think of openers

I like "How are you?" followed by "What's your name?" First implies familiarity, second implies interest. The key is to smile warmly, but not like you are meeting a celebrity. Keep Calm and Chat On. Definately some flirty looks and a hint of undressing with your eyes. Opening randomly during day game is the easiest part of pickup. Don't over think it. FYI, if a girl "accidentally" gives you a wrong number... it wasn't an accident.

Definitely works a lot. Surprisingly a line I've never gotten shut down using, but I don't use it a lot, because the situation has to be sort of right is... "hey, I only know like two people here, mind if I talk to you?" It sounds stupid, but most girls aren't going to be a dick and because it's such an honest question, they put their guard down a bit.
