I'll try this, actually i went to the mirror, felt shivers, lol, will do repatelly until i aproach women on automatic, i can do an opener but i feel just a little bit nervous about ir, hope this helps me to keep calm and dont be nervous  , great contribution

I'm not sure if I've seen a post with more BS than this one ever... Belief- our senses are not 100% accurate, there are infinite bits of information around us at every instant of time and we can only process a couple of millions, so yeah these empty spaces that we can't capture are filled up with our previous experiences in order to give us an idea of how reality looks like... Is that view of reality 100% accurate? NO Is it pretty good? If you are still alive and reading this then this view you have of reality is proven to be very good. Should you trust your beliefs then? yes... they've been keeping you alive... When you see a girl you like and suddenly you get a feeling warning you hey you probably will get rejected... yes that is a believe and guess what? probably is right, most women most of the time would not to want to meet a random guy. What you are preaching is to ignore these signals and create your own ones based on your delusional fantasy that every girl will be happy to have sex with you? (Who is the one saying that Porn is bad because it makes you live in a Fantasy world? but I'll come to that later) I mean a healthy way is to look at approach anxiety is looking at it as road signal telling you, be careful icy road. Not approaching is like stopping the car in the middle of the road and not driving anymore. When in fact the sign is not telling you to stop it is just telling to take precautions, which is something good... What you are advocating is to ignore those signals and see yourself as an F1 pilot on the track. Yeah chances are that nobody will die by approaching a cute girl, but chances are that you'll get rejected and next time your approach anxiety will be there again telling you watch out you might get rejected... And you'll start beating up yourself, asking what the fuck is wrong with me and my subconscious? Maybe I've inner game problems and that's the reason all these visualizations do not work!! Dammed that!! your brain works perfectly there is nothing wrong with your inner game, it is just warning you that you might get rejected and is fucking right!!! Internalizing that rejection is something very common and that has absolutely no meaning about who you are, is a KEY factor in becoming good at anything. Making mental masturbations about how you are able to fuck any woman you meet is a waste of energy that will only make you delusional. Millions of years of evolution gave us some very good tools to interact with the universe, those tools are our hands, fingers, arms, legs, mouth, etc. If you want to get something out of the universe start to use them... The best way I know so far to visualize yourself having all the success with women that you want is by watching porn... Porn really helps you to imagine yourself fucking the hottest women... Ohhh yeah right your #1 rule is no porn, it drains your energy and makes you focus in something that is not real... I forgot that... Quote: lust is a repelling energy There is something called mirror neurons, we humans have lots of them and that is what makes us feel empathy for others... if you want a women to feel lust for you, start by feeling lust for her. DaBruh, really if you believe in all the BS you wrote, my most sincere advice is for you is to go out to the real world and look for some help, (illegally downloaded self help and personal development programs are not the real world by the way) If you do not believe in your BS and just want to mess the mind of newbies who want to get better at something. I really feel sad for you I've no idea what events happened to you in your past in order to become such a selfish sociopath prick, I'm sure it hurt a lot and that it wasn't fair, I hope you can find forgiveness one day. To all the guys who want to believe in his BS, I can understand were you are coming from, I just hope that hitting the ground after jumping from a building thinking that you can fly because you visualized it, does not hurt that much... |
