Post subject:  Friend zone dilema - have six weeks to think of something!
OK gents, first of all 'Hi' 22 year old guy from England.

Long story short, met this girl, got on really well so much in common made her laugh etc, but then the dreaded text saying she wants to be mates!!!

Ok - since then we have been texting all day for 5 days straight and calling each other every night. We make each other laugh and have soooo much in common.

Basically she is off travelling for 6 weeks, so in the meantime I have to think of a way of breaking the friendzone, as hard as that is!!

I'm thinking - reply late to her texts, don't text so much etc. Go to the gym and see what I can do in 6 weeks (probs no physical gains, but maybe improve my confidence).....any other suggestions??

I'm concerned that if I start replying late to her texts we will grow apart slowly - but its a risk I gotta take!!!

I'm not an master, but i think you should do this:

Respond later then normal, like five minutes later. In six weeks and gym? You prob do get physical gains, but not much, and that's good. Girls like muscles, but not much muscles, just an little bit. Don't give her as much attention your giving now. Because texting and calling all the time? She falls in love with you, when she misses you. This gives her no time to miss you. Use more kino, and when you see her, just wink to her before you greeting. This is small flirting, but better then no flirting. When you're with her, palm read her, just gently hit the stripes on her palm. How gentler, how better, try it on your own palm, you'd see.. Flirt more with her etc, get it more sexual

oh, and use the bath trick, i made. Which is simply, when she asks you what your doing, you say your just done with an bath, and your taking on your clothes now. If it does not get sexual, tease her about wanting to see that.

She's quite sarcastic so I don't think she will get the texting flirting or sexting (whatever its name is! lol) she'll probably just make a sarcastic comment about the bath.

Definitely going to wait before responding. I know my own fault was replying straight away, literally as soon as my phone went off. So no more of that!

Got six weeks to learn all these tricks before she returns. I'm thinking when she comes back and has lots to talk about the trip, that I just ignore her text and call her hours later and say ''what are you doing on ........, meet me!'' Good idea?

you need to escalate sexually much quicker....a woman in many ways is like a car, why would you want to know her whole life story before test driving her. If the test run is good then you'll get a car faqs on that bitch.

don't be so negative you don't know for sure if your in the friend zone yet, you can't tell that through texting. best case scenario you will know by taking her out to a movie, dinner the beach or something. let her get to know you a little better then make little moves on her to feel her out and find out what she's really into. FYI the next time a girl tells you she just wants to be mates...you reply mates with benefits?
