Post subject:  Few things about opening

Hi everybody. Im a newbie to this so ill get to the point. When i approach wich is rare due to approach anxiety, I would normaly start of bye saying hi hows your night going. But where do i go from there, do i start trying to focus on somthing about her or do i start bye talking about somthing interesting in my life, or somthing else??

Im currently living in england and moving back to australia in a few weeks, would bringing up somthing like, it feels weard being back in bris as ive been away for over a year, be an effective conversation starter?

I could explain a whole bunch to you, but in reality it would be much easier to read Women Ignition by 60 Years of Challenge.

There isn't really anything wrong with your opener, however, you need to understand that it is what's called a closed ended question. You might be better just saying "hi there" and then asking an open ended question. You can find examples of open ended questions on this forum and elsewhere online.

Your question just let's a girl get away with replying "fine" "good" or whatever and that doesn't give you much to go on. Asking a more open ended question, she will give you more information than one word, and you can pick out bits of her reply and ask her for more detail and info or just try to relate to some part of her answer.

Don't talk her ear off though. The more she speaks, the more comfort she will feel with you.
