Wow. I was just going to start a thread on sarging at the gym. I agree with the above comments. Touching a woman you don't know is very risky especially at the gym(even in the context of helping her unless you are a personal trainer). I would just make small talk but I don't know what that would be. Lol. I have made conversation at the gym with females but it's not easy especially when they are listening to their ipod and are looking straight ahead. I would just try smiling with pretty much anyone you make eye contact with. Unfortunately the gym is not a place where women want to be picked up and are usually there just to work out not to be hit on by guys. So yes it is difficult to start conversations there but like any other place not impossible. Personally I get more women smiling at me and more eye contact at certain bars(where there are lots of women)because at least at a bar people go there to be social even if they don't know you. |
