opener i came up with tonight " Don't you hate when a guy comes over to talk to your friend and doesnt pay any attention to you, i know my friends hate it when girls come over to talk to me and do the same to them" Opener/dhv/ a bit of a neg? tell me what you think, because i found it a great way to take advantage of a guy already engaged (successfully or not) with the targets friend. Any thoughts or suggestions? |

this opener starts out negative I wouldn't reccomend that the thing that kinda saves it is that it is a girl friendly topic, and in certain situations such as you see this actually happening then it would be good. |

I think it's a little too wordy and can easily be mis-stated. This means you will be focusing more on what you are saying, rather than how you say it. |

I actually went with a compliment, more of a 'well they are idiots" kind of vibe, and approached with a "lets have a conversation and who are you" sort of attitude than a hit on (or as most of us on here would do a neg). This happened at a point where i was just in a zone and not thinking about what i was doing in terms of patterns or routines, just kind of off the cuff. with the girl i kiss closed and made out with for at least a good 20 minutes, i just played push pull, im not that easy, i hate when girls hit on me and think im easy kind of stuff. More straight into dhv making myself the prize. she shit tested me saying she was Brazilian and I couldn't dance, to which i merely said she didn't know what she hadnt seen etc. made her work for me to dance w/ her. I'm not quite as good at the word for word recounting of what occured as others but i hope you get the gist of it. |

wasnt finished... i think with the routine i used more DHV's of stories such as its not that easy to pick me up in a club that negging her persey, giving off the impression that i just wanted to talk, and that i wasnt the kind of person who just makes out with a girl in a club...until i was making out with her |

I would make it less gender specific until the part about you: Don't you hate it when people come over to talk and they end up directing the entire conversation at one person? I know my friends really get pissed off when girls come over to talk to me and completely shut them out. How would I go about getting the women to talk to them too? It isn't fair that we all go out and I'm the one getting all the attention. transition (point to the HB alpha female) like her for example, i am here asking you two these questions and she is sitting there being all debby downer; or is she always like that? then off into routine or (if you came with wings) transition: ah, look...I'm already hogging the spotlight. These are the guys I brought with me. *then build them up for a minute and leave set for them* I have good feelings about this opener; lets see where it gets too, or how we can modify it to be successful. |
