I had a self discovery today. I admit the last three months have been terrible. No dating, no same night lays just a lot of introspective reclusive behavior. I flirt at the supermarket and at the gym and thats it. I should mention i have hernia and i stopped going to the gym to swim and stuff. Today i discovered something about IOI. I think I'm a victim of SPAM my IOI to a woman putting her in the position to reject. Im thinking about sacrificing who i may lock in on and hope she comes to me while I'm investing my attention on the girls I'm not locked in on that are giving me IOIs. Think i should do this for more control,i think it will give me less chance of being perceived as desperate. |

Good realization, 95% of AFCS do this and 0% of PUA's do it. As Mystery said its A2 before A3. If you reverse the order of operations your chances go exponentially down. |

Showing interest isn't a bad thing, showing more interest than she does is. It is all about you not putting her above you with he body language, this means avoiding anxious behaviors. I can tell a woman she looks beautiful and she realize it's just whatever to me(I rarely do this anymore) but it has nothing to do with you showing interest, it has more to do with you psychologically placing her above you and you showing it with your body language. They merely agree with your assessment of yourself. |

a2 = demo of female to male interest a3 = demo of male to female interest Also its true that if you are using direct game then showing interest first would be the mode of operation |

I tell most new people not to worry about giving IoI's or gaining rapport, as you are going to do that naturally anyway. In fact, unless you are good with woman, I would avoid giving IoIs and gaining rapport. You want to focus on pumping up her attraction to you. Showing attraction to her is generally not going to make her interested in you, that's more of a comfort/rapport issue. the golden chalice of indirect or direct game is to attract the girl through DHV. The general process is: open transition hook close those all entail different convo threads and verbal escalation with appropriate body language for each step in the process. These elements are common in most PAU material you are likely to read. Remember when I say attraction, I'm not saying after a 5 min convo she is going to think of you of a marriage prospect or a dude she wants to blow ASAP in the bathroom. You only need demonstrate to an eligible woman that you are a cool guy who has higher status, and thus is the kind of guy she would aspire to investigate further. So what do you do? Read up, study hard, and practice your ass off in the field. |
