Here is one that has worked for me pretty well. I have actually only used this as an opener once, the rest of the time I usually pull it out halfway through our conversation. So, if you are decently built try this:

Approach a girl, extend your hand and say "Excuse me, I'm _______. Whats your name?"

Dont let go of her hand while she gives you her name, keep a firm, friendly hold on it.

You then reply with, "Oh, _______, I just wanted to come over here and say-"

At this point take her hand across your body, flex and put it on your other bicep.

Finish it off with "--You're welcome." And walk away. Now she is either going to stop you and turn you back around and feel you up, or you're just going to look like a badass. Try it out.
