I want to know how I can control it as well as keep my mind straight and not hesitate when I finally approach the girl.

Also on a side note, what is an ideal age (if any) to start pick up?

Here is the mind set I use; I already know this girl, because she smiled back, therefore I already know she likes me! Then just proceed as though you have known her a long time, and will not be offended by anything you say!

No ideal age to start pickup, when you're ready, you're ready!

Try and get confident in yourself, go out with your outfit nice, hair nice, cologne on, all that good stuff. Feel like a fucking champ and get the results you want

main thing is to have fun and realise there's no failure, only feedback.

Basically, I want to pick up Indian girls in UK. I'm sort of familiar with doing it, its just I've got the approach anxiety thingy. I want to know how I can control it as well as keep my mind straight and not hesitate when I finally approach the girl. Also on a side note, what is an ideal age (if any) to start pick up? thanks
