i was recently put on the spot by my wingman, he told me to n-close the girl now or he would do it, i sort of froze so he asked her for me but then i stepped in and asked her myself. but i was physically trembling. is this normal? what can i do to stop this ? is it just my AA physically affecting me? does this happen to anyone else and how have u dealt with it? all comments will be greatly appreciated. thanks. |

Try the newbie challenge (helps) and the best way to just get over AA is to just force yourself to approach (3 sec rule try it) or else it will always overcome you I know its hard but once you realise rejection is nothing but a learning step the smoother you'll become in your game to # close and eventually f-close  Soncheese aka swag x |

totally normal man, just keep at it, the more you do it the less nervous it makes you, but opening that first girl, or going for that really hot girl, might still make you somewhat nervous no matter how long you do this, you just learn to deal with it better and relax faster |
