Start reading through the forums, there's a plethora of awesome information available. Put the work in and study up. Adapt good habits early on open some sets. Get excited, the pickup arts will enrich your life. |

The best way to get over approach anxiety is to just start approaching lots of women. You'll get rejected a lot ("blown out"), but eventually you'll realize that getting rejected isn't a big deal. So what if a girl rejects you? It's not about her, or any one particular woman. It's about YOU learning to enjoy yourself and have fun without needing a woman's approval. |
