Focus on logistics. If you drive to work, you should be sober enough to bring her home. You will actually get many invites to hang out with HBs as well. Have a place to bring them or a place to go and alcohol will help with the rest. Its usually loigistics that will fuck up your SNLs as a bartender. You will be working with sexy HB waitresses, hostesses, shot girls, and beer tub gals. Plus your customers!! Bartending is like a PUAs Heaven. You can relentlessly flirt as well because the volume of HBs in your proximity will be much higher than almost any other job out there. Just look good at work, and act like you are the fucking man. You are in charge of who gets what drinks and when. You are in charge of how strong they are. You are in charge of flirting with HBs and getting bigger tips. You are essentially the maestro, who dictates the flow of booze for the entire venue or at least a big chunk of it. Use your power of being the alpha booze dealer to your advantage. For # closing an HB, flirt and get her a little interested in you first. You can do this everytime she orders a drink from ya. After several interactions, put a napkin with a pen in front of her and with confidence say "Go Ahead". She will know whats up. Stick with the girls who seem flirty with you and not too challenging. You will be too busy actually working to try and game up a difficult HB. Your regulars will be trusting of you as well. This is like hanging out with friends everynight except they pay you. Everytime a female shows interest, tell her you8r too busy to wow her know, but can later tonight or tommorrow or whenever. Than close. Kino is even bigger. Hug and high five your gals. It means more coming from hired help then the drunken horny guy on the dancefloor. You can steal my lines from here as well. HBs love being teased about their drinks.
