In Kampala it's illegal, but not arrestable, to not have a toilet. Go figure, lol. Could be viewed as gross, but if used well, could be something to transition or fluff with. |

tripp this could be turned into a fun story too.... i met this girl blablablablabla went to her place and SHE DIDNT HAVE A TOILET! - can u believe that? blablabla- shouldnt that be illigal? blablabla thats funny stuff (when u fill in the bla's anyway lol) i like it cheers |

btw...i'm thinking this is just gonna have to be an interesting fact that you can throw in conversation. maybe just how you say it might show that you expect the person to notice certain things in like like: "Some people don't appreciate the little things in life. Take for example, every business is expected to have a toilet, but in kampala, they had to make it illegal to not have a toilet" |

LOL, what they do is basically give you a citation and make you get a toilet, instead of arresting you. Those are the cold hard facts and I stand by them! lol. |
