I was out tonight and at the start of the evning I was doing really well, but towards the end I got really tired and just kept getting ejected from sets

I know that 70% of the game is body language, so would being really tired show and secondly seriously impact opening a set?

Id say yes it can.. if you dont have heart problems id highly suggest using an energy drink, it might be something else but without a little bit more detail its hard to tell.

what up man,

I get this problem too sometimes but usually at the beginning of the night. If I'm tired then I find I'm, like you, not very talkative both verbally and physically (as in body language). I don't know if this is the same as what your experiencing but what I do is just go in anyway and act energetic. Fake it for a few mins and you'll start to believe it pretty quickly. If you get a little nervous that's good too.... adrenaline will sort you out.

were you getting tired because you were tired or were you getting "tired" because you were discouraged from after getting ejected from sets?

"were you getting tired because you were tired or were you getting "tired" because you were discouraged from after getting ejected from sets?"

I think it may have been a bit of both, when its going well I get more enthusiastic but even then because its quite mentally demanding ether way I still get tired.

Guess a Red Bull could sort that out the physical element but phsycologicaly what would you recomend, take a 10 minuet break and compose? =)x
