Hey all! I seriously need help right away.. How should I begin? Gender: Male Age: 18½ Country: Sweden Work: Study Virgin?: Yes Relationships?: Not since 5th grade. So yep, Im a virgin and Im 18 years old. I dont know whats wrong with me but I do know I have really bad self-asteem, I cant think of anything else. I have major problems when talking to girls. As far as I know Im good looking (I think I look good but Im starting to doubt myself after 18 years as a virgin) or atleast above avarage. I go to the gym every day (6-pack), I play guitar, Im well gifted when it comes to the social part with people Im not intrested in having sex with, haha. I wear nice and modern clothes, I go out almost every weekend but.. When I approach a girl I dont know what happends but I just like run out of ideas, I get nervous. Basically I come across as to much to girls (I think). I can talk to girls over the internet like on facebook but thats kind of it. IM A NEEDY GUY, I think. I don't know where to start.. Any good tips, books, examples, videos or something out there that I can use to improve? I really need this.. /// Last virgin on earth |

Vaddup dude! Kul med fler Svenskar! (fun with more swedes!) A really good advise I can get you is start by maybe take a look at the swedish author Henrik Fexeus, who writes a bit of body language, NLP and stuff. Other than that you'll find a big sea of stuff to read about, both here and in other books and stuff. But as most would say, get out there and practice as much as you can. Go out to meet new people and have fun! |

Ta en sväng ner till Amsterdam och få det ur världen, skämt åsido men när då får oskuldsskiten ur vägen kommer du lägga märke till hur "obetydligt" sex är. Den största hemligheten är (iaf för mig) att koppla bort alla tankar på vad man "borde" prestera på raggningsfronten och bara tänka på att ha roligt. Rehearse in your head waht you say before you approach. Preperation is the key here. The best way is to ask questions about the girl and establish rapport. If you make here feel comfortable when chatting with you you'll see your game becoming stronger. Open and confident body language is important so depending on your approach make sure you come across as confident and at home in your own skin. Read up om mirroring,that will help you A LOT!
