When I'm about to talk to a girl it's literally like jumping off an airplane, even while I'm in conversation. I put on a fake smile and look for approval almost like I'm wired to do so. I'm sure someone has went through this and if not then just me but I really need to learn how to work with it because it's not going away anytime soon. I'm doing the style life challenge and I am on day 7 now but I'm still extremely nervous while talking to any girl. Any advice on how to overcome this?? |

I had bad AA when I started out. I was approaching a set each night. How do you get over it? You learn to deal with it. How? By only approaching and getting out of your comfort zone. Facing a fear eliminates it..not hoping it goes away. After exactly 30 approaches (I count mine) you will learn that emotions exist with only one purpose: fuck you up. You learn that when you don't listen to your emotions, you have results (number closes, kiss closes, etc). This will make a little "click" in your head and your hole perception of AA will start to change. I still have AA when I approach (much less though)..but I just know that it's just an emotion who tries to "cockblock" me. Do I allow cockblocks to ruin my sets? Nope..so go in there and approach! You need to ease in your persona generally speaking....you cant run until you learned how to walk .. My advice for you is to start by talking to girls on facebook and talk everything you chat out loud so you know how it sounds . Another tip is to not let your thoughts guide your actions....if you have learned a great deal about pick up...then i dont suggest throw it away but more so let it be...try to do it without all the ''guidelines like A1 A2 etc'' just go with it If you need extra friends on facebook contact me |
