Hey Guys, has anyone got any techniques of trying to open girls when they are dancing in ring facing each other. I had this the other day in bar where there was a small dancefloor and a group of girls dancing, there was one I really liked but I couldn't figure out how to approach. Should I try to approach the one girl whilst she is dancing or just engage the whole group? Any ideas? Cheers. |

This is difficult stuff "the dance floor is a trap" basically you can't "open" them because they're dancing they're already busy being entertained. The best thing to do is probably caveman it. Don't be try hard just go around dance like you're on a night and the roxbury and have fun. One technique that's great for dance floors is inventing a dance for your friends. Something just silly. Plan it and then all of you do it on the dance floor people watch and instantly want to be involved it's a great way to demonstrate leadership and playfulness. Me and my friends used to have a planned dance it was great people just come up and ask to learn. Well everyone has their own style on the dancefloor. the way i would of approached would be like gointothetop said, You and your mates have a move that just grabs everyones attention. once your the center of the bar/nightclub. you can choose anyone you want |

Hey Guys thanks for all the tips. The idea of trying to make a dance move up was difficult because I couldn't get my buddies to go along with it. I did try to be a bit more aggressive and accidentally bump one of girls and then grab her close to start dancing with her. This sort of worked for a short while, but couldn't escalate from there. I think I will try opening the girls before they are on the dance floor and then try to escalate on the dance floor. I will keep you posted. |
