So, thinking about the three second rule. Walk up, and start talking to the first group of people you see when you enter the venue, and so forth. Though, I never find any material or tactics addressing the fact that you may be rudely interupting someone in the middle of them talking, maybe they have the whole group hooked. In this case, you enter in the group, and do your routine, you instantly have a bad rep with everyone because you put a stop to something they were enjoying. How do you active PUA out there do this? Right now I'm still studying theory to make my own stacks, I have plenty confidence as it is.... but interrupting someone and talking over them until they're silent is just rude. Even worse, what if you enter, no matter how high your energy levels are, they keep talking over you and the group stays hooked on them because they had already been hooked into something interesting. Then you come in and interrupt, thereby DLVing yourself. Even worse than that, if you walk up and say nothing, waiting for the person to finish, you just appear like a creeper. What insight can you all offer on this issue that is perplexing my mind. How do you enter into a set within 3 seconds, if they are in the middle of talking? Just disregard them? |

I'd try Gamblers teqnique from stealth atraction. As you said if the group has a high energy level you gotta come in on the same energy level or even higher. In my experience this can get messy sometimes. Instead, try walking up to the group with a good BL and sort of lean in with your curious face. This way their energy level drops down because they are wondring who you are and what you want. Then go "hey I was just wondering.." or whatever routine you have. And BAM, some girl(s) are gonna want want your babies. I'm a beginner aswell, but this is what I found most effective. |
