I thought of an opener yesturday that I think might be good for some guys that are just starting to experiment with PU. I havent used it yet, i plan to this weekend, and if anyone has thought of this before, or somethin like it, let me know if it worked for you. K, here goes: "Hey, can I ask you a question?" (can enter time restraint if you like) "Sure" "What nationality are you? Whats your herritage?" "Oh...I'm blahblahblah." "Really? I coulda sworne you were blahblah!" OR "Really? You totally look blahblah1" and w/e they say, just move on from there. its nice, simple, not hard to remember, and it could work pretty well. I'm gunna give it a shot tomarrow night, I'll let ya know how it works. good luck guys, PB |

ive actually tried this subconsciously before. I asked what this girl was because her name was reem. She said she was Arabic and i was just like really? you look Hispanic. Then we talked from there. So i could see this working. |

This can work but I would remodel it: Quote: "Hey, can I ask you a question?" (can enter time restraint if you like)
Never ask: "Can I?" She can blow you with: No, you can`t!"Quote: "What nationality are you? Whats your herritage?"
This is OK if she is HB7 or less. If she is HB7.5 + I would go with: "Hi French (or whatever other nationality) lady! She: I`m not French, why do you think that? Quote: "Really? I coulda sworne you were blahblah!"
Thats how I would do. Try it!
OR "Really? You totally look blahblah1" |

Go with it you'll never know if it works unless you try it I think you can get away with asking it in the form of a Question "Can I?" just flow with it Unless she's a total B**** she's not going to say "NO you Can't" |

you can say "can" but i would watch my tone if you sound confident and alpha enough you can say "please may i spare a moment of your time and ask you a question" be on the safe side and say quick question because im a little late (look at watch) |

good advice, deff, but you want to becarefull coming in like that because you dont want to come in obtrusevly, or at least i dont. false time constraint deff, but coming in flustered can give the wrong impression. plus if you hang around, so much for bein in a hurry. I like to say, i dont have a lot of time, but...because that can be more vague. but thats just me. |
