I feel like no matter what if I go up to a girl and tell her I wanted to talk to her she is going to think I'm a creep or really wierd. I can't get the balls to approach a girl and I don't know if it's my mindset or experience I've had with girls. My whole life I've been shy and it's not extremely bad now. However I've never had any good experiences with girls except for my girlfriend a couple times. My question is are you supposed to tell yourself you are the best thing that's going to happen to the girl and a 100 different affirmations, or just get rid of AA by experience? |

Try just saying hi to a few people. Pay attention to the way they respond. Usually its cheerfull etc. I wanted to game a bit today, but for some reason I got AA and didnt even dare to sit close to a chick in the train (i felt really bad haha). I was just like: k, on my walk home, i'm gonna say hi to everyone. after the first I was pumped to go on: she responded with a smile then after 4 more hi's i've given out, everyone responded cheerfull! You won't be a complete creep. the worst thing that will happen is that you get blown out and learn something from it for the next time. |

AA = biggest obstacle most men have with women. However AA can be crushed with a bit of boldness, a LOT of dedication and a habitual lifestyle. The best way to crush AA is to feel a sense of control/belonging. IF you do this you will careless about rejection. Start talking to everyone you can, if you can't approach a cute girl don't worry about it, start with approaching the 5's just trying to be a friend, then move to 6's when you've build some comfort than 7's and so on. NEVER TAKE BREAKS from social interaction. You should have a conversation with someone everyday... Practice making eye contact (start with sunglasses if it's too difficult) |
