So there's one girl which in my HS which I already approached but failed ;(
and now I see her everyday and when I see her my mouth starts shaking I cant describe the strong feeling I have for her.Even though I really dont know her ;(
Any suggestions..cuz she has a boyfriend but I'm not interested in other girls only in her ;(

Man you feel it that you are not interested in different girls because your body is filled with dopamine, estrogen and testosterone etc... It is easy to break out from the link with this girl, once you make the decision to approach a different girl. (there are lots of hotties out there)

There is a bad news. If you against this idea, and you stick yourself for the belief of beautiful love you can push yourself to depression. These chemicals in your body can be on your system for 1.5-3yrs man. And believe me these are hardcore drugs what makes your mind dumb and the world is disappear around you with the girl in the focus only. So do a bit of self control and go out to have a night out with someone. For me personally the best thing is to go out alone after love otherwise I'll end up chatting about the girl and my feelings AND YOU NEED THE OPPOSITE!

Respect yourself man! If she don't want you, just fuck'it you deserve better girls like her. I know its hard to believe but that's true.

Good luck! 1) dopamine is a neurotransmitter, not a drug - it's levels are indeed influenced by drugs, however 2) those "chemicals" you speak of are always in the body, and their levels will vary somewhat during the day - stating it takes "1.5-3 years" to leave your system is an absurd thing to say 3) often times talking about one's feelings is a good way of dealing with matters; however talking too much about something and not taking any action to move forward can in fact lead to depression

Having been through this myself all i can say is when you finally wake up you'll kick yourself for wasting your time and energy... You (or any guy) is a thousand times more attractive to women when you have one (a girl)...its hard to understand but when you experience it the light will come on. You need to think like a man, if you got to know her you might not want her at all!
