| Post subject: | Approaching a girl on facebook |
ok so the thing is: I've got a girl on my friend list that I've partied with 2 times before. Both times we were kissing and stuff, but I really don't know her other than that. It's been like 4 months since we hooked up last time and now I really want to get her interest again. At that time earlier I didnt really care, but now I do! So what im wondering is how am I going to approach her? I see facebook as the easiest way to start talking to her, and I hope you guys could give me some tips about how to get started.. All comments appreciated! |

facebook through my experience didn't work to well in the same type of situation you are in, but that was really down to what i sent. Although a good way in my opinion you can use to get the chat rolling on facebook is to see her when you are out with a couple of friends (even if she doesn't see u) then u can open on facebook with something like " hey i seen u in town the other day and i realized that i have talked to u in months" but you get change it up a bit, maybe add some humor into the comment hope this helps |

I would not write "I saw you the other day in the center..." I feel it sends the idea that you didn't have the guts to talk to her. How old is she btw ? I would go chat her when she is online, and make a funny reference to the party. Something such as : "Wow, it's been about 4 months we didn't talk ! You must almost dance as good as me now Finally, even if you do care about her, don't show it too much/too early, it's an attraction killer. Act like you choose the girls and not the other way around. |

this has worked for me in the past: say something like 'hi she'll take it as a compliment and you can pretty much do anything from here arrange meet ups phone calls etc goodluck! |

oh, and she is 1 year younger than me, which normally should make things easier... How does this sound to u guys (I know it isnt anything special, but still): -Hi :) -how are u doing? what have u been up to lately? she says hi and hopefully tells me a few things + asks the same back at me - Then Ill answer with something funny, which she hopefully catches, and tells the stuff about that I was bored and saw her online, and just thought I could hi since I havent really spoken to her in a long time.. And then im up running! is there anything about this that is dramatically wrong? feedback greatly appreciated guys! |
