Post subject:  Getting openers out in front of friends who dont know PU
im basically a beginner and i struggle to get openers out when around my friends because they dont understand why im saying what im saying will stand and look confused and it lowers my value and makes them think im weird

i like to use openers several times and my friends clock on and think i just have strange pick up lines

does anybody else have this problem

All I can say is, if they see you having success with it, they wont think your weird. If they still think your weird, go off on your own to pull girls, or get yourself a wingman who understands.

Your friends will never understand what you do, especially since society has a negative view about guys who try to beat the odds by becoming good at pick up.

If you don't want your friends to make you feel uncomfortable, simply don't sarge in front of them until your game is good. At that point, you will be amazing them ;).
