Hi enigma_7, now I don't know your age or your type but here is what I have had great luck with when dating girls that I've only had contact with through dating sites, facebook or such:
1. Find out what she likes or what kind of hobbies she has and BRUSH UP on the subject if you find it interesting (this is the best thing about dating women you meet on the internet - you have all the time you need to do good homework
). This way you come off smarter and you have a back-up if you run out of things to talk about.
Do you know about her interests? Are they interesting to you?
2. Get her to expect the least of the situation! Remember that it can be risky to build up her expectations if you can't back it up.. And this way she can ONLY be positively surprised.
I always go like: "Nah, I don't usually meet people I've only been writing with" or "I'm not sure if I have the time honey" (to make the impression that you have alot to choose between) or "Nah, I think it's awkward meeting people that I don't know" - ANY CRAP as long as you are resisting a bit, it almost always get her to 'beg' for the date in the end. - you see what I am doing here(?), now the pressure is on HER to impress YOU!
3. In the end of the night I've always sent her a couple of IOI's but never made any direct moves and I've goten f-close almost every time.
