| Post subject: | Approach in a college class |
Theres this really good looking chick in one of my classes and I need advice on approach. Its a small class, including myself four people,so she knows my name and I know her name. There was some eye contact involved where I believe she gave me the smile and look away,so that might be something. I could be wrong on that front but thats besides the point. I Know at this point I need to have substantial conversation with her(other than the conversation that goes on during the class) the way I see it I have two good openings or conversation starters at least. 1. Its a computer class and she does know her stuff,so i can at least break the ice that way 2. Shes taking a class that I already took,so I can talk to her about that. I know there are probably better approaches that I can do,but If i knew them I wouldnt be typing this. Any advice is appreciated. |

Really depends on your comfort level, but you could just try an talk to her about something that is most likely of interest to the both of you. If she's taking a class with you, that's a least a common ground. Be passionate about it and ask her why she chose this class, blah blah. Not a lot of girls in computers sciences blah blah. You see the picture. Back when I was in college, I would get digits pretty easily from pretty girls in my classes to go meet up at a coffee shop to study. From then on, you can make it a coffee shop date while actually studying every now and then. It's clearly not the best way, but it's easy to pull off even if you're not that confident toward her. |

man i am such a n00b but i'd just try to sit next to her and have a general conversation, when a joke opportunity comes up u just spike it down, when u have her laughing u have an excuse to sit next to her again..

dude, seriously? just go talk to her and stop being a wuss. I used to enter a new class and just stand up front scoping out all the hot chicks and then I'd just go sit next to them and ask them some of the following questions: "This is Wuss 101 right?" "Do you know anything about this teacher?" Talk about some crap teachers I've had before. Ask her if she's had them. Ask her teachers she'd recommend to take and to avoid. Blah blah blah. |
