| Post subject: | How to escalate? |
So I've got a couple of conversations going on over email but they're turning into boring chit-chat. I'd like to escalate the tension a little bit before asking for a phone # or date but without body language and physical contact I'm a little unsure how to do it. Any advice for messages 2-5? |

Try to get the number now with a line like..."I hate checking this site, but I want to keep talking to you. Send me your phone number, and promise me you aren't some crazy stalker." That usually makes them feel comfortable handing over the number. Then, I'd say text a little before a phone call and go from there. |
