Ok I first started talking to this girl from plenty of fish and got her number after my third message.

I texted her 24 hours after that. This entire text convo lasted about 30 min.

Me: Hey is this (her POF name)?
Her: Haha..yep it sure is..who's this?
Me: Are you able to guess which guy this is :) ?
Her: Nope
Me: :( not the slightest clue?
Me: Ok well ill give you a hint, it starts with a c and we talked online.
Her: Chris?
Me Nah, got the first two letters though, take one more guess then i'll tell you :)
Her: Chase?
Me: Nope. Minus points for you :P My name is Charlie but I'm (my POF name) online. And you?
Her: Well mine is in my profile so now you can play this game sucker :)
Me: Fine be that way :P Well I just wanted to make contact and make sure you were real. I can't talk tonight since I have a lot to do before class tomorrow but i'll call you around this time tomorrow if you behave :)
Her: Haha...ok sounds good. Have a good night.



however I called her 24 hours later and she didn't answer. I didn't leave a message. What should I do? Wait a day? send a text in a day?

How about something like:

"Will you get cold feet again if I call you? :)" Then calling her immediately after she texts back (assuming it's a flirty text) since i know she's near her phone. If she doesn't respond to the text or pick up the phone I'm done with her.

Or something along those lines. Any better ideas? I don't mind waiting a bit but I don't want to leave it at that after just one call attempt but I don't want to sound needy/desperate either.

I say one more text wouldn't hurt, if she doesn't respond to that then it's certain. Right now there's just so much uncertainty. And no unfortunately I don't have any other girl options. I wish I did and I'm working on that :).

I read an excellent post on here where a PUA did a great job of explaining why direct game works much better than indirect in online dating. Basic Premise...
She already knows you are interested. You already have her isolated. Kind of makes negs pointless.

i can't find the damned post but it's really good.

Ya wait a couple of days before you try contacting her again. And this time leave a message. Not leaving a message most probably doesn't leave a good vibe.

Also how the hell is she being a flake? You never made plans to meet. And she can't be waiting all day for you to call. She has her own life.
