I never request friends on Myspace, but I select my target and message her the following. Title: Just so you know... Body: Even though you don't look like my type I was thinking about adding you, but figured I'd either be rudly interrogated about why I wanted to add you, or simply denied. So I figured I'd get that off my chest and leave the next step to you. Tol. It doesn't take long to get get the "Friend Request" and "Message" asking why you think she isn't your type? If you get that same question, it shows that your target has already qualified you as her type and is now showing interests. Try it! Good luck! |

in fact does lower value. I appreciate your input. How do you think this opening could be better constructed?

How bout, "Even though you don't look like my type, the fact that you're (enter compliment about personality here, aka - ambitious, goal oriented, family values,whatever) is a sight for sore eyes." Some thing of that nature. I've gotten replies back and even ended up # closing and goin out to a concert next month. Best of luck! |
