The title sorta says it all, do you think sending happy birthday messages on Facebook lower/raise your value? For example, today I see that it's a HB9 I know's (bit of an attention whore but anyway) birthday today and as you'd expect there are pages among pages of happy birthday messages, mainly from those creepy guys who add randoms and then hit on their photos, as well as many, many AFCs. I would expect sending a happy birthday message like everyone else would just be lame, and not sending one would have no effect anyway. I wonder if there's a way to raise your value and differentiate yourself in amidst of all this AFCism? |

Their is nothing wrong with saying happy birtday to a freind, but if you plan on doing it via facebook then make it interesting, not just some boring message she has from hundreds of guys. For example, today I see that it's a HB9 I know's (bit of an attention whore but anyway) birthday today and as you'd expect there are pages among pages of happy birthday messages, mainly from those creepy guys who add randoms and then hit on their photos, as well as many, many AFCs. I wonder if there's a way to raise your value and differentiate yourself in amidst of all this AFCism? It would be better to do it via txt, phone or in person, maybe phone her up and sing "happy birthday to you" to her, that will then have positive associations to childhood or family. Jtaz |
