Remember that you should NOT express your interest to her before you are sure that she is attracted to you (which cannot be done online). The best thing to do is to read a book about pickup, like "Double Your Dating" and when you have the basic knowledge and material get her on a date.

That's not an IoI.. some people just spam that to everyone for the sake of getting their own social proof up.. The good thing is, this comment tells you someting about them... That they are insecure and their confidence relies on some random people commenting their pics. So go figure out what to do with that

That's the good thing about online pickups. If you can get them to reply the first time, you have time to think about what you want to say and how to react.
