I know, I know another LJBF post...anyway:

Girl I've been in the LJBF zone for a little bit with, starting talking to her a pretty long while ago but in an attempt to reverse that I severed all contact with (its been like a month and half). Today for the first time since then she randomly "Likes" my status on FB. I need help here, what's my next move. Should I re-initiate contact now or keep waiting?

Thanks!

WAIT until she contacts you properly. While that happens (or not) just get on with your life

IMO it depends wat your stats said for it to be an IOI.

What did it say?

I have a feeling it wasnt much of an IOI lol.

Would of been good, if u get a few chicks to comment on your profile and shit, so that when you send a status thing, she might click it, see there are chicks to compete with ;]

(she's blonde) and my status was: ...they say brunettes do it better, but I need some blondes to test against that theory. Takers?

That's my only reason as to why I questioned it...

Talk to her. She sounds like she is flirting with you.

Also your avatar is freaking distracting.

normally it wouldn't count as an ioi, because the amount of investment required to 'like' something on facebook is very low. But given the context it could lead to a good conversation. At the very least a funny one involving blonds vs brunettes.

Update:

She posted "Where were you today??" on my wall because I posted up pictures of me at a motorcycle show in NYC.

I posted back on that comment "NYC, motorcycle show por que?"

She opened up Facebook IM and we talked for like an hour or so. I played it totally C&F and negged the shit out of her and she loved it playing the game right back at me. Best feeling that night was taking control of the situation and keeping my frame (for once):

Me: Oh, you want me to spell it out for you? (jokingly)

HB: excuse me?

Me: your excused, just don't let it get out of hand again

HB: haha K! i sowwryy :(

I told her I gotta get to bed for work and she asked for my new number (changed service). We'll see if she actually txt's me today. Thanks for your help though guys! I appreciate it so far :)

It was good that she did contact you. I'm sure you're aware that you giving her your number is significantly different from her *giving* you her number. Be careful as it could raise your hopes falsely. Girls are notorious for taking numbers and NOT calling.

The next time I'm in that position I'll try to remember to qualify them by saying something like "I'll be expecting your call or text tomorrow, I'm kind of busy so you might get my answering machine ...maybe it's easier if I have your number so I can call you". If she refuses then she's playing games and it's best to move on.
