You're still doing ok by this point. She has apparently not interpreted your opener as a joke.
Here's where you're starting to crash and burn This is an insult, not to be confused with a neg. Remember that you can't easily convey sarcasm when you're chatting/emailing/etc.. You were ok until you insulted her.

You could make a new opener that involves CLEARLY untrue statements, like:

Don't start negging/teasing until you have built some comfort, and certainly don't insult her or it's over. Even if she's moody, she's a woman so that's normal.
