Well... shit it's harder to say what went right when it's just a personallity thing. You made DHV well through friends and school. Other than that you may have just gotten lucky with the fact that you're good looking. I think you should post about the material you used for the meet up.
I will say I think you hit on her a bit too much.

Hitting on Someone is an IOI. You want to get IOI's not give them(too much). You should do it more with your body language like eye contact and other things that show dominance and a connection. You are the prize, not her. So Don't act like she's a really hot chick, hot chicks get that all the time. Act like you're a really hot guy and she needs you and should like you're hot.

If you didn't really use material on her that may be a big problem. If you aren't cognizant of what you're doing; if you don't have a plan, you won't get anywhere, less you're a natural.

Again, you complimented her, boosting her ego. I'd say something like 'Interior designers usually have such an interesting look to them'. The word Interesting is not really a bad thing, but she'll probably be expecting to be called hot or cute or sexy....so when she reads 'interesting', she'll have to question you why you said that. And then, she's letting YOU run things, asking YOU questions, and you've 'locked in'.

This is actually good! It's an IOD, meaning that you're showing her that you are seeing her as a potential business partner... even though, it's obviously just kidding around. But still, subconciously, it works. Of course, with all the IOI's you were giving her it's not really effective at this point lol

Congrats dude!! She's obviously into you. The things that i've pointed out aren't to take away from your success. Any time you can get a girl interested, it's a win. I'm just pointing out some things to watch out for, so you can become more consistent.
