This conversation is painful... Find something she's interested in and play into that (you did that, went there, had fun...). Completely drop whatever you're talking about now. |

She doesn't have a high shield we just need to work on your conversation skills and/or routines stacks. She doesn't really have much to comment on with what you've said to her. Why not ask her open ended questions to get her talking more? Instead of close ended questions or statements that get these types of responses. Things like "What was it like growing up for you?" |

What do her pictures say? What are her interests? Is she a snowboarder? If she were, and you were too, play up on that... say you were just at Mount Menow last week and it was awesome. IMHO building commonalities is very powerful for turning "some random internet guy" into her next ________. Where you get to fill in the blank. The point I'm trying to make is you need to avoid the fluff talk and talk about something of interest to her... who doesn't like talking about their own interests? Make your comments fun, and make them exciting. "You went to Mount Menow!?!? OMG I was there last week!! Did you see the guy in the bunny suit? hahaha" |
