I'm on american singles but I am to cheap to pay for a membership so I havn't responded to any of the girls that have opened me. There have been a bunch though. I have no picture posted and my profile has the least amount of info. But I do have some that seems to attract a bunch of girls. Athletic build Equestrian Surfing Dogs 6'2" The above is all true though. I get about 5 flirts a week. I may eventually pay for it but I am kept busy just sarging..... |

valence, dude dont waste your time with american singles, ive got a hot list of chicks and 95% of the chicks havent even logged in since i joined, it seems like any of em worth my time havent been on in two weeks and most of the really good ones havent been on in 60 days or more, alot of the messages i get are spam too, ive had messages from "different chicks" that have word for word the same message and they want you to email them directly spam bam no thank you maam, just my opinion but match seems to be much better, most of em check in every day good luck, StoneMan |

Would be cool if you could post some stuff here, some examples of your profile...and examples of the messages you are sending out...same rules apply as RL...you have to be different...these women are getting "hey wanna chat?" like 1000 times a day... |

I myself have just joined a dating site but in the intimate encounters section, people who are just looking for casual fun. I read on a David D newsletter a good first message to send to a girl: "Hi you look like someone who deserves an opportunity to get to know me a little better, so if you wanna chat and get to know each other I look forward to hearing from you" I am trying to think of a good opening message to send to girls so let me know your thoughts on this one, I think it is good because it is cocky, sets the frame that you are the prize and stands out from everyone else. So let me know on your thoughts guys. |

[quote="Johnny Google"] "Hi you look like someone who deserves an opportunity to get to know me a little better, so if you wanna chat and get to know each other I look forward to hearing from you" that sounds a bit lame to me, too long and lacks uniquness in my opinion. these days i use: u look like a cool chick........maybe u should know me it's a bit arrogant but i found it works pretty well. i used to use: hey, i'm short, fat, bald, broke and boring....wanna marry me?? ya gotta have a cool profile also. good pics, good intro. don't be a nice guy, there are a billion dilberts out there, all clones, ya gotta stick out. be a bit of a bad guy....ooze attitude man rock on dm |

Humor works really well if you can execute it properly in an online profile. An easy way to get a laugh is a fake career or fake hobbies. i.e., Full-Contact Origami Referee Subway Sandwitch Artist Bic Disposable Lighter Repairman etc.. One thing I've had success with is starting to neutralize ASD right in the profile. "I'm not interested in booty calls or cybersex" may or may not be true, but it will make women feel like you're not playing them. |
