I am on the 6th day of it now. Its really enjoyable and gets you practicing the right things, however i have found that because I am in collage I have had shift around what days i do the challenges. To give an example, one of the tasks is to give a complement to four women, so it is much better to do this challenge on a saturday in town as there are far more women my age about. So i'm doing the challenges, but it will take me a lot longer than 30 days. It pushes boundaries thats for sure which overall improves your game so if you feel as if now is the time to change, i would really recommend it. Hope this helped BB1 |

im on the fifth day at the moment and i have seen an improvment already. i can now find it easy to jsut talk to people in shops at the cash register now when i couldnt before. i did my first open yesterday but ive still got a long way as i want to be opening more. it is good if you want a challenge and want to see what u can do in yourself. |

I am on day 20 of the challenge, its useful if only for cementing the order of things, besides having targets for approaches each day helps make you do it. Though I do find I end up doing a lot of day game because of it, but that is kind of cool in itself anyway. Do it and enjoy it. |
