I’m assuming uncertainty to speak with a girl? .... Use your uncertainty in your advantage, the excitement of speaking to a girl See.. excitement.. therefore there is uncertainty. You don’t cope with uncertainty you go forward whatever your uncertainty is You get stuck with it...it will eat you inside

there is no uncertainty . start looking at things from a glass half full perspective . the pieces are all on the board for you to have a nice night . just play the game and make it a part of your avatar that you are someone who always is trying to take things to the next level in all aspects of life . work on a passionate and driven frame and suddenly u will realize the uncertainty is just coming from a sense of you lacking something . discipline and honing your arts whatever those may be will help ease these feelings which stem from anxiety |
