| Post subject: | How to get over social anxiety |
My journey has been interesting, fun and a whole lot scary!! I suffered from anxiety for a great period of my life, but I was not always that person. I used to be able to sing, dance and act the fool in front of people when I was young. Then for about 14 years of my life I suffered from social anxiety. During my school period, I can confidently say that I spoke to less than 50 girls that's 14 years worth of school. I missed out, big time!.. But, things have changed I managed to go to a place and see the light. I was able to change the way I view social interactions and today I can be the person I want to be and nobody can stop me! Pickup was my foundation to getting over social anxiety and today I am able to approach the hottest girls and get what I want in life. This is a really important issue to me and I want to help people out. I created a YouTube channel where I have fun and do stupid things in public. Through the entertainment I hope you can see the messages that I try to convey in my content, so please go help yourself by having fun with life and not letting anyone stop you.
