I was on YouTube and I saw this video from INNERGAMETAPPING.COM and it was really good of how to get over AA. Cause it's late and I wasn't doing anything I did the entire thing. It was pretty relaxing. I mean I honestly didn't understand why I was doing all this specifically but I was relaxed. |

I did what this guy was saying, and I felt like I was being hypnotized... either way, definitly something I will do in the future to get to that relaced feeling. |
