The question you should really ask yourself is that, do you really want her back?
From what I see, she is trying to make you jealous or at least getting a rebound dude ( women are emotional creatures )and it wont last with him..I can assure you that. So what I can say is that go out more often with other friends, focus on other things that really matters to you and its gonna be very hard at this point of time where you can stop thinking bout her and the whole thing. Rather then to just avoid it, face it and accept it. Show her your fine without her. When she sees all that, what have you become..she will run right back to you.. and then u decide whether to give it another try or not.
So chillout! whenever your so mad don't do anything stupid.. Go to the gym or run to release that anger out.
