Post subject:  Messed up texting a chick
okay so i was texting a girl, everything seemed to be going okay until part of my conversation that i was having with a co-worker ended up in the text (i accidently started writing what he was telling me) and i didn't realize it until I looked at the text later, i apologized, but she didn't respond to either text and i feel like i screwed it up massively

What the text should have said
Great! I've been getting cravings for some food like all day (insert girls name here), we should get some food today, like pronto haha

What it did say
Great! I've been have cravings like all day and they have had something to do with you...we should get some food today, like pronto hahaha

Now i get that i'm not supposed to send another text, til probably tommarow, but how do i fix this for when i do!!?!?

Cravings? Something to do with you? It sounds like you tried to make a slick line and you're in denial about it on here.

What was your true intention of texting anyway? Were you looking for someone to accompany you to eat? Or were you trying to arrange a date with the girl and using hunger as your excuse?

If your real intention was to arrange a date, call and ask when she is free and you can compare schedules to see when you have mutual time available. If your intention is to have an escort for some dinner out, then call someone else since she didn't reply.

Wtf... This is what this shit does to your mind. Those texts are practically identical. Why couldn't you just have said:

"I've been starving all day!... You should come out for a bite to eat with me"

But no, instead overanalyze overanalyze overanalyze HURRRR SPAGHETTI!!!!! Then apologizing because you missed a comma out or something. What do you mean the cravings had something to do with her, was she talking about food? I mean you're just spazzing out. Don't text her for a few days.

The only way you messed up is asking her out. She understood you were asking her out, but obviously she was caught off guard or isn't interested, otherwise she would have replied.
