| Post subject: | Female Pick-Up Artists |
Hey all, I'm a journalism student at Columbia University in New York hoping to write my master's thesis on female pick-up artists. I'm particularly keen to learn more about the female pick-up artist community in New York. If anyone could recommend someone for me to speak to on this subject, that would be really helpful. I want to find out more about female pua philosophies, experiences and communities. Thanks in advance for your help! Serai |

would they be the gold diggers out to find a wealthy sugar daddy or are they out just for the thrill of pick up. I don't know if sex is something they need to pua in. |

I'm not knowledgeable on the subject yet, but so far I've read about two types: "wing girls" who help men meet women, and women who build massive attraction in guys and enjoy luxurious dates and attention, but don't sleep with targets. I'm eager to learn more, if anyone can offer greater insight. |

Well, it's as my friend Nic once said: "I knew a girl, blonde, she lived in deep Russian Siberia. All of her money was saved up and spent on a one way ticket to Paris. Nowadays, she has a motto for herself, which is that she won't talk to any guy who makes less than 40.000 a month because that she says won't bring her anything. Within half a year of arrival she was spending hundreds of euros a night on drinks in exquisite French clubs. This is the age of the internet, of globalization - the Soviet Union collapsed and all bets are off." Then I quoted Plato and said: "Wealth and poverty are both children of desire." |
