Hello! I might get totally shot down here, I'm asking a lot but here goes. I'm a linguistics student writing a paper almost down to the deadline on storytelling in everyday conversation. I've been struggling for months to think of a group interesting enough to write about and it just came to me today, PUAs! As part of your social control, to an extent you use stories masterfully to guide ideas, thought processes and project certain images of yourself as well as your wingmen which would make for an amazing paper. I would like to give you my Dictaphone, and ask that you record a couple of hours of your working, though I can't offer you anything apart from a copy of the paper and citing you in my work. Can travel to anywhere in london and will be out of your hair until I pick it up again. Is anyone willing to help? |
