Okay so I was out gaming with my lads last night, we have a reputation round my area as cool guys so gaming is fairly easy when we're in town. I saw a girl who I know and used to work with, out with her friend who is amazingly gorgeous, I have her on facebook but never spoken to. So her friend sees me and comes straight over and hugs me, I introduce her to my friends but her friend just stares into space (I could tell instantly she was trying not to make it obvious shes interested) I tried to speak to her and got ignored so I exited with anyways we gotta kick out speak to you in a bit! I see her dancing again with her friend but she didnt see me looking and I could see her pointing and they were exchanging comments etc so I can tell shes interested. Anyways I messaged my friend later on saying 'nice to see you blah blah blah, whos your shy friend' knowing it would get back to her, she replied 'shes not shy! her name is...' I'd like your guys opinion on what would be the best way to follow up and get speaking to this chick... shall I Facebook message her? Peace |

I agree with above facebook her. Don't call her shy in the message though haha. Most girls are shy because they have low self esteem. Calling her shy will just make her self conscious. Messaging on facebook is a lot easier for shy people to do than talking in real life as well. "Hey you were the cute girl with (your friends name) last night right?" Shy girls once you get to know them are very fun

I'm going to be the odd one out here and say i wouldn't facebook her, the reason why is it's someone you dont actually know her you didn't do anything bout the chance you had when meeting for small talk..... Unless she actually like you, the thing is she may find it weird that would add her and try speaking to her so late on... if you get me |

I agree it can be weird if thats how you make it. Facebook is for social networking. Networking meaning a place to meet people and connect. As long as you play it right, make her laugh, build a connection it won't be weird. If you know she's already interested she's probably just waiting for you to contact her. |
