Madals. Just because I'm posting again, doesn't mean I am back in the forum for good. Just thought I'd clear that up
Guys which join this forum obviously look to improve their circumstances. Therefore it is logical to think that a large proportion of our members are in adverse social circumstances. Many are bullied, deprived and long for a change.
This forum is dedicated to helping these people improve their circumstances.
In england, we have a show called Jeremy Kyle. I guess this would be the equivalent to the steve wilkos show for the US. These types of show attract an audience who feel satisfaction at seeing others being put down. The audience love the show, because for a short period of time it allows them to escape into a world where they are in a position to step away from their problems and ideologically penalise someone else for their flaws. The media has given us the ability to create a hyperreality for ourselves, where we may mentally engage with television shows such as these as if we are somebody else. It is for this reason, why such shows can be so addictive.
Now. The FORUM. This large proportion of individual's brought to the forum are packed with people trying to up their social status. THIS FORUM features a reality we may shortly exist in, and be who we want. I am talking about the guys on this forum, who bullshit about their PUA abilities and their social status, to gain credibility with other members on the site. The majority of keyboard jockeys fall under this category. I know this, as admittedly I was once a keyboard jockey - lecturing others on the site all day about how they can fix their problems, without even attempting to fix mine. Yeah sure dudes, you can read all the material you want, but before you come on the forum trying to preach to others your views on their social situations, apply the schoolsets of knowledge you have learnt to fixing your own circumstances.
You kjnow the kind of people I am talking about, and if you reading this are someone who over-exaggerates or just plainly bullshits about their accomplishments, think about doing something about it. As I said, this site makes people feel better about their lives. The difference between people on here, is that while some do something to improve their social circumstances, the others escape to a reality based on a website. Just fuck off and play world of warcraft or something.
By the way guys, for the ones who aren't bullshitters, do everyone a favour by keeping an eye out for the keyboard jockeys. These people pollute the site because A. they don't truly know their stuff because they haven't lived it, and most importantly B. - snapping the keyboard jockeys in the face to wake them up and force them out of their fantasy land, is easily the best thing for them.
The poll question is slightly deceptive - I'm not trying to find out how many guys on the forum decieve about their abilities. I fucking know that loads do it. I'm curious about if anyone is going to be HONEST about their deceit. That's where change begins here.
