I am terrified...

I am scared of:

My mother getting sick
My brother getting into a fight
My best friend getting into a bad relationship
My cat getting hit by a car
My wingman going into a depression
Myself hurting the feelings of someone close to me
Myself growing into a person I dont admire

I am not scared of:

That a random girl in a bar will think that I am a complete loser


Because if the lists were reversed... I would be.

i am scared of;

never getting anywhere in life in terms of what i want to do with it...write and make media.
what i will be when im older
my sister being attacked on the streets
my parents growing old
dying of cancer (ive had a scare before left me paranoid)

that i am or will become someone i dont admire (same with ezo) and its a biggun.
i am scared that im similar to my brother.


im NOT scared of what people think about me, especailly that group or girl over that the bar.

having one or two girls think you are a loser is not a legitimate fear to anyone with a good sense of self esteem. however, if one or two girls think you are a loser and are telling their friends, word can spread fast especially in highschool or college. this is a legitimate fear, but you should never let the fear stop you from doing it. you should be motivated to step up to the challenge! success is rewarding.

That point is well made Hobbit!

I disregarded that fact to prove a point, whenever you are gonna worry about something, make a quick reality check and put it into perspective. Is it really such a big deal? Probably not. There are worse things than a girls opinion.

Love this post. Truly the way I see things as well. I dont fear the inevitable. I fear things if there is the slightest thing that I can do to control the outcome of the situation. For instance, i do not fear death, but I dont want to die, so I do everything possible to not die. But if its inevitable, freak it, I had a blast while alive.
Just like that random girl at a bar, if she thinks I suck, well she probably sucks and is blinded to see what she has in front of her-> an awesome dude. So come on, truly her lost....

the fact that it's inevitable doesn't mean you can't be scared of that.

I am afraid:

1)being stuck in the type of life I don't like doing work I don't like and hating myself and my life in general.
2)never finding my soul-mate
3)never being truly happy
4)living empty life without sense of purpose to it.
5)that some chick I don't know will think I am a complete loser and she and others will laugh at me for that.

I remember times when I didn't have AA at all...now its back. A lot stronger than ever before...Right now I feel like I'm stuck in my life. and I'm really worried about things mentioned above.
