Wouldn't it be awesome if you could only pick up the girls that are good in bed and skip passed all those lazy bitches who won't even move?
You know the girls who will just lay down spread their legs and open their mouth and then not move an inch until you are done, letting you do all the work..

Well as it happens, there is a way, and it is actually fairly easy. Just follow this one basic idea.

The more confident she is in her own body and with her looks, the better she will be in bed.

Imagine all the hot stuff you want included in really good sex, well most of that will probably involve her putting herself in compromising positions, or to show off her body in all sorts of ways, it doesn't really matter how she looks, what matters most is that she is comfortable with it. If she likes the way she looks and has confidence in herself the more likely she is to be experimental and do more daring things between the sheets.

You can also make your boring lay better by encouraging her, building up her confidence and reward her with compliments when she does something you like.

A confident lay is a better lay!

And guys, this goes for you too! The more you believe in yourself, the better you will be in bed!

Great stuff.

Incidentally, you can also derive how often they have sex from their hip movements when they walk. A girl who moves in a rigid manner doesn't have much sex, or, if she does, she has probably never orgasmed (or struggles to). I still don't know exactly what to look for, but another PUA told me about this once. Maybe someone can enlighten me. Nonetheless, it does seem to be true from my observations.

I think there is something to be said for your analysis.

However, I have definitely slept with women who are the opposite. One woman I dated had low self-esteem about her looks and was shy, and it showed in her dress and body language. But when we were alone in the bedroom she was sexy, free-spirited, loud, and hip to pretty much anything. As my sweet old grandma always used to say - strangely - "it's the shy ones you have to watch out for."

one tip I'll give is that if you see a woman that you think will be boring in bed, and you see her loosen up a lot when she starts having a drink or two, or when she's with her friends, then you know she has that wild side to her but it only comes out when she's really comfortable or her shield is down. She might be worth the risk ;)
